Gmail now supports external plugins

Gmail has got what it needs for years – external plug-ins to be able to do many important and useful things in e-mail through integration with other popular services.

Gmail now supports integration with common business services such as Asana and Trello and the digital signature of DocuSign documents and many of the tools used by the company in the fields of recruitment, follow-up customers and many more.

We note that the first batch of plugins supported by Gmail focuses on productivity tools and facilitating and coordinating tasks, especially in companies and distributed work teams.

Extensions can be accessed via a special icon on the right side via the serrated settings and choose Get add-ons and currently do not support Inbox add-ons. If you are a web developer you can review the full details here to learn how to develop Gmail Add-ons.
