Electronic Arts announces that it will stop supporting FIFA Mobile on the Windows Phone platform

There is another application that Windows Phone users should bid for. Electronics Arts confirmed this week that it will stop supporting FIFA Mobile on the Windows Phone platform later this year. The company launched this game for mobile devices last year. This football game was released for Android, iOS and Windows Phone in October last year. For the Windows Phone version, he will soon die.

EA has confirmed this news through a Facebook publication, in which the company confirmed that it would stop supporting FIFA Mobile on the Windows Phone platform in less than three months. In fact, the company will stop all Internet-related game features from 7 November.

The company added that the decision to refer games for retirement is not an easy decision at all, the company also indicated that it will not after the date mentioned above update the relevant characteristics of the Internet in this game. Regardless of the Windows Phone platform, Android and iOS users will continue to use FIFA Mobile on their devices.

In fact, this is not a surprising decision given the fact that Windows Phone now represents only 0.1 percent of the smartphone market in the world. There is little incentive for EA Sports to continue supporting the game on a slow-paced platform.
