Telegram provides a hotline to communicate quickly with governments

After two weeks of blocking the application in Indonesia, Telegram was finally able to lift the ban and satisfy the Indonesian authorities, or as the site of Mashable Inhalt Telegram to the Indonesian government so as not to lose the millions of users there.

The company’s chief executive, Pavel Drove, has been in Indonesia for the past few days to resolve the problem. The first decision was to hire a local team of supervisors to comb public channels and withdraw illegal materials.

The most important step is to establish a hotline to communicate with officials quickly and remove any illegal or terrorist content. This line will speed up the removal process to hours instead of days

Telegram has recently struggled to get rid of the bad reputation about the application, which many see as the preferred place for terrorist groups, but on the other hand, such a move means that the application has been subject to government pressure from countries such as Russia, Indonesia and possibly other countries in the future.
