Google launched a new application named Triangle, an application that allows users of the Android system to reduce the consumption of the Internet on their devices, while controlling the ease of consumption of applications in general.
After installing the application, the user needs to be granted the required powers, which include establishing a VPN connection. The app will then block any background application from connecting to the Internet. These are options that the user can control for each application individually.
In addition, some applications may be granted Internet access privileges for a limited period of 10 minutes or 20 minutes, to name a few.
The company is currently testing the app in the Philippines, which is why it may not be available to everyone in Google Play Store. But the APKMiror site provided a copy of it for those who want to download it and try it too.
