She has some rumors before that Apple is trying to make the fingerprint sensor an integral part of the OLED screen which will come with the next iPhone 8.
A report from analyst Timothy Arcuri of Cowen says that Apple has not reached a solution yet or a decision on the subject.
It has been reported that the company has three choices: to place the glass cover of the screen above the sensor or to make a hole in the glass for acoustic or visual sensing, or to use a film sensor that is integrated into the screen using infrared technology.
The phone is expected to be delayed and shipped for a month or two in October or November, with both the iPhone and the iPhone 7s Plus being launched in September.
On the other hand, the iPhone 8 will come with an 5.8-inch OLED display, a dual-camera background and 3D-based sensors.
The analyst also predicted that Apple will sell 90 million iPhone in the fourth quarter, which is known as the holiday shopping season in the Western world.
