After Microsoft officially unveiled its new gaming platform, Xbox One X, the company talked about supporting old games on new platforms.
Microsoft has previously supported more than 385 games from the Xbox 360 platform, so they can be run on newer Xbox platforms. But during the conference, she confirmed that the original Xbox games would find their way to work on the Xbox.
As a result, users of modern platforms will be able to put old laser disks and run them without problems because of the support layer added by Microsoft at the system level.
The company did not share details or specific names, but said a list would be published in the coming period to see which games could be run.
