Like Nintendo’s NES Classic, AtGames has officially announced its launch of two new gaming devices and will launch the Atari Flashback 8 Gold and Sega Genesis Flashback in September this year.
The new Atari Flashback 8 Gold will come with the support of about 120 built-in games and also comes with two wireless controllers that come inspired by the Artari 2600. The device also supports two wireless controller ports as well as paddles for control. Scan line filtering, the device supports a number of features such as the ability to return to previous stages or accelerate forward and save game functions, and players will find a large number of special games such as Space Invaders, Kaboom! , Centipede and many more, and you can see the full list of here.
For the new Sega Genesis Flashback, we see that it supports the HMDI 720p port and also comes with the support of scan line filtering and comes with 85 games, two wireless controllers, game support and certainly support from Sega Genesis and Mega Drive.
When talking about games, the new device enables players to enjoy a large number of classic games such as Sonic & Knuckles, Mortal Kombat II, Phantasy Star II and many more and you can check the full list of games from here.
It is expected that the company will launch Atari Flashback Classic Game with about 105 integrated games and comes with wireless controllers and the Atari Flashback Portable Game Player supports about 70 games. The Sega Genesis Classic Game is expected to come with 81 game support and comes with wireless controllers, and the Sega Genesis Ultimate Portable comes with 85 integrated games.
A lot of expectations have been suggested that the new Atari Flashback 8 Gold and Sega Genesis Flashback devices will be released at the same time, but the official prices and the release date have yet to be announced.
