The new iMac Pro computers will not be an alternative to Mac Pro Desktops

Apple has reiterated that the new iMac Pro computers unveiled at the WWDC 2017 Developers Conference will not be an alternative to Mac Pro.

Apple said in its press release on iMac Pro that, along with the new generation, is currently redesigning the Mac Pro desktop computers to provide a new suit for professional professionals, so there are two options for this category of users.

The iMac Pro features a 5K screen with a minimum 8-core Intel Xeon processor, with 18 core processors, 32-GB RAM and 1GB of internal storage.

Because of the high specs of the device, some thought Apple would abandon the development of the Mac Pro, but confirmed that the Mac Pro is a desktop computer suitable for a class of users, and iMac Pro is an all-in-one computer and fits in turn a second class.
