Apple recently launched a new update to Apple Support for technical support and answer user questions on iOS, adding a host of new features. The new 1.1 release introduces new features such as enhanced notification service, and more.
It is worth mentioning that the application provides answers to various questions about Apple devices such as how to use some features, or even troubleshoot and discard some errors. The application can also communicate with Apple’s technical support team via a call or instant message, with the option of booking appointments at Apple’s official or Apple authorized service centers to be checked by specialists.
First, the new update supports scheduling fixes in Apple-approved centers. This includes non-Apple stores, but they are able to perform repairs in an Apple-authorized format. In addition, the upgrade adds the possibility of bookings at the Apple Genius Bar service centers in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
In addition, this update enhances the notification service. This means that if a technical support call is received, the user will be able to respond directly from the notification itself.
Apple launched the Apple Support application for the first time in November last year, allowing users to get technical support for various devices, making it easy to access support articles, schedule appointments, and more. The application was not available on the iOS system until December last year in the United States
